Working Together

Working together

Let's talk:  Let's start with a simple conversation to explore whether I can help you meet your financial goals.

I believe that I am uniquely well-positioned compared to many financial advisors. I have a wealth of insight gleaned from years of experience working with many hundreds of people, and by meeting substantial educational and training standards along the way.  Additionally, the industry-leading resources of New York Life are available at my fingertips.  All of this allows me to be able to provide truly meaningful advice and coaching to help my clients realize their financial objectives. I'd love to help you too!

Let's ask lots of questions: Go ahead, ask me, I welcome your questions. They are the best way to be sure that you fully understand my advice. I'll ask you so that I can fully grasp your circumstances and what you want to accomplish.

The most important step of my process is centers on you:  your current situation; your hopes, dreams and goals for the future; and your values.  Once we have explored these areas, I can apply my technical expertise and common-sense experience to provide advice and/or structure solutions that are right for you.

Let's be open and honest: It will be very important for you to be as candid as possible when discussing your circumstances and your goals. And, I'll be upfront in explaining how I can help you – or whether I can.

We have a large array of proven methods available to help protect your family's lifestyle and future; or to help you prepare for major financial events such as paying for college, saving for retirement, or caring for an aging relative. Depending on your goals, we'll use these methods to create a customized strategy specifically for you. Obviously, this will work better to put your financial house in order than a "one-size-fits-all" approach.

And remember:  Our process will be very much a team approach - but you'll be the one with the final say. I'll analyze your needs, review your coverage, and supply much information—but every decision will be up to you. My role will be to coach you, to provide valuable advice, and to help you formulate and enact an appropriate course of action but I will never act alone.
